The Edenstone Group creates communities – building beautiful, design-led homes set amongst open spaces with excellent facilities in places where people want to live across South Wales and the South West of England.
We are an independent, privately owned house builder working hard to tackle the housing shortage by taking a more flexible approach to both the size of our developments and the types of homes we build. The Group is made up of four divisions: Edenstone Homes, Bluebell Homes, Edenstone Land and Ashgrove Partnerships.

We have built our name on creating homes which stand the test of time, using sympathetic and considered designs, which blend with their surroundings and the environment. We embrace our responsibility to build in an ethical and sustainable way and are committed to protecting the environment and creating biodiversity across all of our developments.

THE EDENSTONE FOUNDATION
The Edenstone Foundation was set up in May 2018 by the Group to help local communities by making grants to support causes and charities which make a difference. For each home sold by the Group, a portion of the proceeds goes to the Foundation. To date the Foundation has partnered with Wales homelessness charity The Wallich and leading children’s charity, Compassion and has ambitious plans for the future.
