For every person you recommend who legally completes on the purchase of a new Bluebell or Edenstone Home we will give you and them £1,000 each.

Recommend a friend vouchers are available from our sales teams.
The voucher should be completed with both parties’ details and returned to the sales team.
Once the person you’ve recommended us to completes on their new home, the referral fee will be paid. This is usually in around four weeks.
Adele added: “You don’t have to both buy on the same development or from the same brand – you could live in an Edenstone home and recommend us to someone who buys from Bluebell or vice versa. Plus, there’s no limit on the number of referrals you can make.”
