News has just reached us that two of our developments have been short-listed for awards.
Our Beaufort Gardens scheme of 35 four and five bedroom homes in Lisvane, north Cardiff is in the final mix for Residential Development of the Year in the Insider Magazine Wales Property Awards.
All the properties are now sold, having achieved prices of between £650k and £850k, and the site has served as a great advertisement for the upcoming Beaufort Park development on the opposite side of the road where prices start at £1.2m.
Our community development at River View, Lydney has also been shortlisted in the PlaceMaking category of the SW Insider Magazine’s Residential Property Awards.
Located on the outskirts of the fully completed and sold Lydney, River View created a delightful new garden village of 177 two, three and four bedroom homes and bungalows.
